Health Recipes You Cannot Afford to Miss

The recipe should not be followed by those who are allergic to Garlic or Lemon, please.
The course will last for a total of seven days.
The process has to be followed every morning for seven days and the drink once prepared has to be consumed within 20 minutes before you eat or drinking anything.
Please, do not store the drink to consume it later as it will lose its effectiveness.
The right quantity of ingredients that you will need:
Item 1: One fresh Lemon per day
Item 2: Two (medium/ large) cloves of fresh Garlic /day.
Item 3: 500 ml of normal drinking water
Procedure
Step 1: When you wake up early morning, wash a lemon in running water. Once cleaned chop it along with the peel (very important) to medium pieces and put it in the blender.
Step 2: Take two cloves of Garlic (bigger size), peel it, chop the buds to small pieces and add it to the blend.
Step 3: Add 500 ml of room temperature drinking water to the blend and start blending the mix thoroughly. Once finished, make sure that the blend has blended properly and no pieces of garlic or lemon are left.
Step 4: Use a strainer to strain the thick blend into a larger drinking glass, make sure that you carefully strain and throw out any leftovers of garlic or lemon pieces, very important.
Once you have strained the blend into a glass then the good news is that, you are now ready to consume the blend.
How to consume
Before eating or drinking anything, drink the mix straight away. Do not eat or drink anything for an hour after you consume the drink.
After an hour you can have your morning breakfast and continue your day as normal.
Make sure you repeat the above, for a total of Seven days and do not miss.
The Seventh day will be the last and the final day of the course and I am sure you will soon notice the difference.
